Accommodation
Accommodation for the competition is requested through the competition website by e-mail: rouseopen2026@gmail.com
Accommodation will be offered at preferential prices in hotels close to the sports venue.
Accommodation is in hotels of the following price categories, on the basis of overnight stay with breakfast and tourist tax. Prices are per person per night with breakfast.

Requests and reservations are processed in the order they are received, and the number of places in each category is limited. If the requested category is sold out, accommodation in another category – higher or lower – will be offered according to availability.
A hotel accommodation request requires 100% advance payment to the following account:

Transfers
For those who have requested accommodation through the competition website, the organizers provide a free transfer from/to the airports in Bucharest.
Deadline for accommodation requests that include a free transfer: 03.11.2026
After this date transfers are paid at the following prices:
- A: up to 3 people – 80 € per direction
- B: up to 4 people – 100 € per direction
- C: up to 8 people – 140 € per direction
- D: 1 person, grouped – 40 € per direction
When submitting your accommodation request, if you arrive at and depart from the airports in Bucharest, please state the time of landing/departure and your flight numbers.
